Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients and respect our stylists’ time, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a 20% cancellation fee of the booked service total will be charged.
